1. Coaching Services

This coaching container provides strategic business coaching and guidance designed to support the client in developing and growing their business.

The programme includes:

• Strategic coaching sessions
• Business strategy and feedback
• Guidance on positioning, offers, marketing, and business structure
• Ongoing support during the coaching period as outlined in the agreed package

Claire Gates-Fleming provides guidance, strategic direction, and feedback based on professional experience. Implementation and results ultimately remain the responsibility of the client.

2. Coaching Duration

The coaching container runs for 3 months from the agreed start date.

All coaching sessions must be used within this time period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the agreed coaching period.

3. Client Responsibility

The client understands that:

• Coaching is a collaborative process
• Results depend on the client’s commitment, implementation, and engagement
• Claire Gates-Fleming cannot guarantee specific financial or business results

Clients are responsible for attending sessions prepared and taking action on agreed strategies where appropriate.

4. Payment Terms

The investment for the 3-month coaching container is £1,500.

Payment options include:

Option 1 – Pay in Full
£1,500 payable prior to the start of the coaching container.

Option 2 – Two-Payment Plan
2 payments of £750
• First payment due before coaching begins
• Second payment due one month later

Option 3 – Three-Payment Plan
3 payments of £515
• First payment due before coaching begins
• Second payment due one month later
• Final payment due before the start of the third month

Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not divide the service into separate monthly agreements. The full programme fee remains payable regardless of participation.

Failure to complete payments may result in coaching sessions being paused until payments are brought up to date.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services, all payments are non-refundable.

By enrolling in the programme, the client acknowledges responsibility for their commitment to the coaching container.

6. Rescheduling Policy

If the client needs to reschedule a coaching session, at least 24 hours notice is required.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as used.

Claire Gates-Fleming reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary, providing reasonable notice.

7. Communication & Boundaries

Communication between sessions may occur via agreed channels (such as email or messaging platforms) where applicable.

Claire Gates-Fleming will respond during normal working hours Mon-Fri 9am -5pm and within a reasonable timeframe (24hrs). Coaching support does not constitute unlimited on-demand access.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential.

Claire Gates-Fleming may share anonymised insights or client results for educational or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

Any resources, materials, frameworks, templates, or strategies shared during the coaching programme remain the intellectual property of Claire Gates-Fleming.

These materials are provided for the client’s personal business use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

10. Scope of Coaching

Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical support.

The coaching container is designed to support business strategy, mindset, and growth through professional guidance and mentoring.

11. Termination

Claire Gates-Fleming reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the client behaves in a way that is abusive, inappropriate, or in breach of these terms.

In this situation, no refund will be issued.

12. Agreement

By purchasing or enrolling in the 1:1 Coaching Container, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
