Hi, I’m Claire Gates-Fleming — business strategy coach, founder of Nurture, and mum of four.
I live in the UK with my husband, our four wildlings, and our Labrador, Yogi. I dream of a future homestead (complete with ducks and veggies), but for now, you’ll find me perfecting my sourdough, growing what I can, and sipping red wine on a Sunday evening — all while helping brilliant women like you launch, grow, and monetise a business that fits beautifully around family life.
After 14 years in the corporate world, specialising in sales and business development, I left my job to pursue something more meaningful — entrepreneurship in a space I deeply cared about: birth and postpartum support. With zero online marketing experience and with two young children and a baby in tow, I built a thriving pre- and postnatal business from the ground up. It was challenging, messy, and incredibly rewarding.
Now, I use everything I learned — from the boardroom to the baby groups — to support mums in business through 1:1 coaching, strategy sessions, and group programs like Nurture. You’re in exactly the right place. Nurture is designed for mums in business who are starting from scratch or are ready to seriously work on their client attraction strategy. I’ll guide you step by step through creating a freebie your audience actually wants and setting up your email system with confidence.

Life happens (especially with little ones in the mix). All sessions are recorded and uploaded, so you can catch up at a time that suits you. You can even submit your questions beforehand, so you’ll still get personalised support even if you can’t join live.

You’ll need around 3-5 hours a week — enough to watch the session, complete the weekly workbooks, and take simple, focused action. Everything is broken down into bite-sized steps that you can fit around school runs, nap times, and everyday family life.

First of all — deep breath — this isn’t school and there are no gold stars for perfection here. Nurture is designed to work around real life. You’ll have 6 months’ access to all the materials, so you can go at your own pace. Plus, the workbooks and recordings mean you can pick things back up whenever you’re ready — no pressure, just progress.
